AuraMed Health and Beauty Refund Policy

At AuraMed Health and Beauty, your wellness and satisfaction are our top priority. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund guidelines below:

1. Skincare Products (Online & In-Store Purchases)

  • Unopened/Unused Products: Eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Opened/Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

2. Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • Prepaid services included in memberships may still be used through the end of the billing cycle.
  • Early cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your membership agreement.

3. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • They may be used toward any skincare product or service offered at AuraMed Health and Beauty.
